At Attentive Safety CPR and Safety Training, we prioritize the quality of our training programs and the satisfaction of our students. We understand that scheduling conflicts and emergencies may arise, but unfortunately, we do not issue refunds.
Cancellation or non-attendance of a class will result in a forfeiture of your payment. However, we do offer the option to reschedule your class prior to your scheduled course time at https://www.attentivesafety.com/reschedule-request.html. Please note that seats are only fully reserved once payment is received and paid at least 24 hours in advance to reserve your seat.
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to lack of participation or Instructor illness/emergency. In the event of a class cancellation, we will offer the next available date or provide an immediate refund.
Late admittance will not be allowed, and we offer a 15-minute grace period. It is important to arrive on time to ensure that you receive the full benefits of the training course.
