Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
For training courses, please notify us within 24 hours if there are any scheduling errors or problems with access to online course materials.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our services involve certification and digital delivery, certain items are non-returnable, including:
Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges may be offered if you purchased the wrong course and notify us before attending or accessing digital course content. In some cases, we may allow you to transfer your registration to another date or participant.
Refunds are only granted under specific circumstances and at the discretion of Attentive Safety. Most services are non-refundable once training begins or certification cards are issued.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
