Attentive Safety offers the American Red Cross Bloodborne Pathogens Course to teach participants how to protect themselves and others from exposure to bloodborne
pathogens on the job, and what to do if an exposure occurs.
The Attentive Safety Bloodborne Pathogens Course content and activities will prepare participants to make appropriate decisions about preventing bloodborne pathogen disease transmission.

The Attentive Safety Bloodborne Pathogens Training course is designed to assist employers with meeting the training mandate as stipulated in the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. The course was developed with guidance from OSHA to comply with the training component of the Standard (29 CFR part 1910.1030), released January 18, 2001, and April 3, 2012.
Bloodborne Pathogens Course Certification
Participants who successfully complete this course and achieve defined levels of proficiency will receive a 1-year “Bloodborne Pathogens Training” certification.
