Emergency Medical Response Course Cost
(Payment must be received at least 24 hours prior to class time or $25 Walk-In fee applies. Please call for availability first if paying less than 24 hours.)
Emergency Medical Response Course Length
The Emergency Medical Response course is designed to be taught in approximately 56 hours, 10 minutes, based on a class size of 6 to 10 participants and the recommended amount of equipment available for each lesson.
Successful completion is based on achievement of the core learning objectives rather than a prescribed instruction time.
Emergency Medical Response Card
Emergency Medical Response is a credentialed course.
Providers who successfully complete the course receive a course completion card valid for two years.

Attentive Safety CPR and Safety Training offers the American Red Cross Emergency Medical Response (EMR) course to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to work as an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR).
Emergency Medical Responders help sustain life, reduce pain and minimize the consequences of injury or sudden illness until more advanced medical personnel take over.
Emergency Medical Response (EMR) Course Audience
The intended audience for the Emergency Medical Response (EMR) courses include individuals
who will be in, or are preparing for, a job or role that requires an emergency medical response
Participants will include traditional EMS and public safety personnel, such as law enforcement and fire rescue personnel, but also business/ industry/ industrial response team members, athletic trainers and others with a duty to respond.
