CPR Instructor (Independent Contractor)

📍 Location: Multiple Locations (Montgomery, Alabama; East Ridge, Tennessee; Irondale, Alabama; Raleigh, North Carolina)

📅 Schedule: Saturdays, 10 AM - 2 PM

💰 Compensation: $35 - $50 per hour

👩‍🏫 Job Description: Seeking passionate, certified CPR Instructors to lead our blended learning courses and in-person skills sessions as independent contractors. Your expertise will help shape a safe and knowledgeable community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct CPR, First Aid, AED, and BLS training following AHA, Red Cross, or ASHI guidelines.
• Utilize your own equipment, including manikins, pocket masks, and training videos.
• Create an engaging and effective learning environment.

Requirements:

• Valid instructor certification in CPR, AED, First Aid, or BLS.
• Personal training equipment: manikins, pocket masks, and videos.
• Excellent teaching ability and communication skills.

Tax and Legal Considerations:

• As an independent contractor, you're responsible for your own tax arrangements.
• You will receive a 1099-MISC form in line with IRS guidelines.
• This role adheres to the independent contractor status, requiring you to manage your own business operations and equipment.
