- 💰 Compensation: $35.00 – $100.00 per hour
- 📍 Locations: Montgomery, AL | East Ridge, TN | Birmingham, AL | Raleigh, NC
- 📂 Status: Independent Contractor (1099)
The Role
As an Independent Contractor Instructor, you will lead blended learning courses and in-person skills sessions. You are a subject matter expert who manages your own training tools to deliver world-class safety education.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training: Lead CPR, First Aid, AED, and BLS courses following AHA, Red Cross, or ASHI guidelines.
- Manage Equipment: Utilize your own professional gear, including manikins, pocket masks, and training media.
- Engage Students: Create an interactive, effective, and supportive learning environment for all participants.
- Certification: Valid Instructor certification (AHA, Red Cross, or ASHI).
- Equipment: Must own a full set of training manikins, AED trainers, and pocket masks.
- Skills: Exceptional public speaking and classroom management abilities.
