  • Online Session: 3 to 6 hours, depending on prior knowledge (average completion time is 4 hours).
  • In-Person Session: Approximately 3 hours, utilizing skill stations for hands-on practice and skill testing.

The in-person skills session is organized into skill stations where participants rotate to practice hands-on skills, coached by experienced instructors:
