As an HSI CPR Instructor with Attentive Safety, you’ll teach part-time, primarily at client locations. You’ll lead hands-on, engaging training sessions based on the Health and Safety Institute (HSI) guidelines and help students develop critical emergency response skills.

Instructors typically earn $300–$375 per 3-hour group training session, with total commitment (including setup/tear down) averaging 4 hours.

Responsibilities include:
- Leading CPR, AED & First Aid training sessions independently or with co-instructors
- Facilitating video instruction, live demonstrations, and practice scenarios
- Assessing student performance and providing feedback
- Maintaining accurate rosters and submitting post-course documentation
- Answering participant questions and representing Attentive Safety professionally
✅ Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Hold a current HSI CPR Instructor certification
- Have access to necessary training equipment: CPR manikins, AED trainers, instructor manuals
- Demonstrate excellent public speaking and instructional skills
- Be comfortable leading adult learners
- Maintain a professional, punctual, and organized teaching style
- Have reliable transportation and access to email communication
