Step 1: Submit Your Initial Inquiry
Complete the Interest Form Start by filling out the brief franchise interest form on our website. This helps us understand your background, goals, and level of interest in becoming an Attentive Safety CPR & Safety Training franchise owner. Franchise Information Packet Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll send you a detailed information packet with everything you need to know about franchising with Attentive Safety—including requirements, benefits, and next steps. Step 2: Franchise Application Franchise Application Form Submit a detailed application that includes information about your work history, relevant CPR or safety training experience, and your preferred location. Financial Qualifications Applicants will be asked to provide personal and/or business financial details, including net worth and liquid capital, to ensure minimum financial requirements can be met. Authorization for Review By submitting your application, you authorize Attentive Safety to conduct background and financial checks to support the review process. |
Step 3: Initial Review & Pre-Qualification

Our team will carefully assess your qualifications, experience, and readiness to move forward.
Phone Interview
If you meet initial criteria, we’ll schedule a phone interview to learn more about your goals, answer questions, and ensure alignment.
Pre-Qualification
Qualified candidates will receive a pre-qualification notification and proceed to the next stage.
Step 4: Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
Receive the FDD
Pre-qualified applicants will receive the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), outlining all franchise costs, terms, obligations, and rights.
14-Day Review Period
You’ll have 14 days to review the FDD. We recommend consulting with a legal or financial advisor during this time.
Support Available
Our franchise team is available to answer any questions or provide clarification as you review the document.
Step 5: Discovery Day
Visit Headquarters
You’ll be invited to our headquarters to meet the leadership team, tour our facility, and experience our operations firsthand.
Final Evaluation
Following Discovery Day, both parties will evaluate fit and alignment before proceeding to the final approval phase.
Step 6: Franchise Approval & Deposit
Franchise Interest Deposit
A non-refundable $5,000 deposit is required to proceed to formal approval. This confirms your commitment to moving forward.
Franchise Agreement
Once approved, you’ll receive and sign the official franchise agreement—securing your place as an Attentive Safety franchise owner.
Step 7: Training & Grand Opening
Comprehensive 2-Week Training
You and your team will attend a hands-on training program that covers CPR and safety instruction, business operations, marketing, and customer service.
Launch Support
We provide grand opening marketing support and continued operational guidance to ensure a successful franchise launch.
