Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) Course DescriptionAttentive Safety's ASHI Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program is designed for teenagers and young adults who are interested in starting a babysitting business or looking to improve their skills as a babysitter. The program aims to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for safe and successful babysitting.
The CABS program is presented in a magazine-style guide, which covers a range of topics related to babysitting. These include getting started with a babysitting business, communicating with parents and children, and key safety, caregiving, and first aid tips. The guide is designed to make learning fun and engaging for participants. In addition to the magazine-style guide, the CABS program also includes vlogger-style videos. These videos feature real-life scenarios that babysitters may encounter, and provide practical advice on how to handle them. The videos are presented in a fun and interactive format, which is designed to keep participants engaged and motivated. By completing the ASHI Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program, teenagers and young adults should feel confident in their ability to provide safe and effective babysitting services. They will have learned key safety, caregiving, and first aid tips, as well as effective communication skills and business practices. |
