Q: What is the ALS-BL course?
A: The Advanced Life Support – Blended Learning (ALS-BL) course is a two-part training program offered by Attentive Safety. It includes an online, self-paced learning component followed by an in-person, instructor-led skills session focused on managing advanced cardiovascular, respiratory, and stroke emergencies.

A: This course is designed for healthcare professionals who provide direct patient care in emergency or critical care settings. This includes nurses, paramedics, physicians, respiratory therapists, and medical students preparing for clinical rotations.
Q: What certification will I receive?
A: Upon successful completion of both the online and in-person portions, you will receive an American Red Cross Advanced Life Support certification card valid for two years.
Q: Do I need to complete the online portion before attending the skills session?
A: Yes. You must complete the online learning component and bring proof of completion to your scheduled in-person skills session. This is a requirement for receiving your certification.
