A: This course is designed for parents, teachers, childcare providers, school staff, coaches, workplace safety personnel, and anyone who wants to learn how to respond to emergencies involving adults, children, and infants.
Q: What certification will I receive?
A: Participants receive a nationally recognized 2-year certification from the Health & Safety Institute (HSI) in Adult and Pediatric First Aid CPR AED.

A: Yes. Classes are held 7 days a week at both our Marietta and Doraville training centers, with flexible time options throughout the day.
Q: Can I add Bloodborne Pathogens training?
A: Yes. You can choose to add the Bloodborne Pathogens course during registration for an additional fee.
Q: Do I need any prior CPR or medical training?
A: No experience is required. This course is suitable for beginners as well as those renewing certification.
Q: What is the RSV Class Format?
A: The RSV Class Format includes an online training module, a mailed hands-on skills kit, and return shipping. After completing your skills assessment, your certification is issued. It’s ideal for students needing maximum flexibility.
Q: What if I’m renewing my certification?
A: Select the Renewal Course option during registration. It’s a quick 40-minute session that allows you to demonstrate your skills and renew your certification for another two years.
Q: What is your cancellation or refund policy?
A: Payment is required at least 24 hours before class. All registrations are non-refundable. Missed classes or late arrivals result in forfeiture of payment as outlined in our attendance policy.
